30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at yongyuemingxin@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
4. Ship the item back to us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at yongyuemingxin@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days
• Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us
• Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
